As per the endorsement made in the cause title, the respondents are not residing at given address. Learned advocate Mr. Vyas for the applicant ­ appellant seeks permission to serve the respondents by publishing a public notice in the daily news paper, i.e. "Divya Bhaskar".

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

In view of the above, the applicant ­ appellant is directed to deposit Rs. 10,000/­ (Rs. Ten Thousand) CA/8386/2012 2/2 ORDER with the Registry of this Court towards expenses that may occur for publishing the notice as stated above.

In light of the above submissions, issue fresh notice returnable on 10th October, 2012.
