This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 7.10.2018 registered as Case Crime No.1080 of 2018 under sections 420, 376, 313, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C, P.S.-Cant District-Varanasi.
Matter relates to sexual offence, which is heinous, investigation is pending.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
