Dave, learned advocate for the applicant has tendered an affidavit made by the applicant wherein he has stated that he has entered into a compromise outside the court with the new purchasers and states that he does not desire to proceed with the revision and seeks permission to unconditionally withdraw the same. The affidavit is taken on record.

2. Permission to withdraw the civil revision is granted. The revision is rejected as withdrawn unconditionally. Notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
