Arvind vs State

1. The present application is filed by the convict praying for temporary bail for a period of 7 days so as to attend post-death rituals of the daughter-in-law of his brother. The cause is too far fetched.

2. Only recently, the convict was granted temporary bail for a period of 40 days so as to arrange for the admission of his son and therefore, the application does not find any favour and hence it is rejected.
