JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the Babri ceremony of his brother's son.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, Mr.Pandya, learned APP places on record the report received by him from the Police Sub-Inspector, Kavi Police Station and states that the ground is genuine. However, the apprehension of disturbance of law and order is mentioned without their being any other material available on record. The jail report shows that earlier, he was released and he has surrendered in time.
Under the circumstances, the applicant be released on temporary bail for a period of one week from the date of his actual release on the condition that he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.5000 and one surety of like amount with a further direction that upon expiry of the period, he shall surrender with the jail authority.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
