JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to find a match for his son's engagement.
It appears from the jail that the applicant - convict has recently enjoyed furlough from 26.10.2011 to 8.11.2011.
Under these circumstances, the application cannot be granted at this stage. Disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
