The petitioner who is appearing through Sri D.K.Singh learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed Matrimonial Suit No 1158 of 2018 under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act against the respondent no 2 , his wife. He submits that the suit is proceeding at snail's pace and presently it is at the stage of deciding the application under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by respondent no 2.
Considered the submissions and perused the record.
In view of the judgment passed by Supreme Court in M/S Shiv Cotext Vs Tirgun Auto Plast P Ltd and others 2011 (89) ALR 232, the court below is directed to decide the suit expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from today in accordance with law. The Court shall ensure that no unnecessary adjournments are granted in the matter.
