Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA appearing for the State.
This application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the bail application of the applicants in Case Crime no.0250 of 2018, under Sections 379, 411, 420, 468 IPC, Section 4/21 of the U.P. Mines and Minerals Act and Section 26/42 of the Indian Forest Act, Police Station Talbehat, District Lalitpur. At this stage there is no process pending before the court, the matter being still at the stage of investigation, so as to attract the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, this application for the relief claimed is not maintainable. Hence, this application is dismissed as not maintainable. However, it does not preclude the applicants from seeking such remedies as they may be advised under the law.
The certified copies of the documents may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining xerox copies of the same attested by the learned counsel.
