At the very outset, Sri Devi Prasad Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach the Company Judge for seeking relief in regard to the claim submitted by the petitioner before the Official Liquidator, Allahabad.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Company Judge.
