JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Amit Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer seeking a direction to the opposite party no.4 to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 22.10.2011 which has been contained as Annexure no. S-2 in the supplementary affidavit dated 30.10.2011.
Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to this prayer.
Accordingly, the writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.4, the Deputy Inspector General of Police/Senior Superintendent of Police, Lucknow to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner dated 22.10.2011 as contained in Annexure no.S-2 in the supplementary affidavit dated 30.10.2011. The opposite party no.4 shall decide the aforesaid representation by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of today's order before him.
With these observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
