Heard Shri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the respondent no. 1, Shri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 and 3 and Shri Anjani Kumar Mishra holding brief of Shri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4.
The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to continue him with the old syllabus of AICTE i.e. prior to academic session 2018-19.
According to the petitioner his services have been terminated by the notice dated 28.5.2018 and he is aggrieved by the said notice. The notice itself has not been challenged in the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition challenging the notice dated 28.5.2018.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
