Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that application of the petitioner for grant of arm licence bearing application no.193 is pending before the respondent No.2, District Magistrate, Etah, District Etah since 29.06.2017 and not being decided.
This writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent aforesaid to decide the aforesaid application, within a period of two months from the date of production of certificate copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
