Learned Counsel for the respondent has served a copy of the provisional assessment on the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the petitioner may file his objection against the said provisional assessment within seven days from today, which may be decided by the respondent- department within seven days thereafter.
For a period of 15 days no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
Copy of this order be given to Sri Chandan Agarwal, learned Counsel for the respondent-department today itself for necessary communication and compliance.
