The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 18.01.2019 registered as Case Crime No.19 of 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Jasrana, District Firozabad.
The allegation in the impugned first information report is that by submitting false educational certificates, appointment has been obtained.
The allegation discloses commission of cognizable offences and, therefore, the prayer of the petitioner to quash the first information report cannot be accepted. The petition is dismissed.
