Petitioner claims that he has completed requisite length of service for grant of selection grade pay scale in the year 2018 itself, but such benefit has not been extended to him despite repeated representations made in that regard.
Sri P.S. Sengar, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 states that an appropriate decision would be taken by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to accord consideration to the petitioner's claim, noticed above, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order within a period of three months, from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
