JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 & 2 and Sri A.K.S. Parihar, learned counsel for respondent no.3.
The petitioner, by means of present writ petition, has prayed for following reliefs:-
"A. By a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus by commanding the respondent no.1 to 3 for directing them to examine the OMR answer sheet bearing Roll No.0905039287 of the petitioner to the question booklet bearing No.4149655, Booklet Series "C" and T.G.T. Code as -"05".
B. By a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus by commanding the respondent no.3 as Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service, Selection Board Elan Ganj, Prayagraj to declare of his examination result held on 08.08.2021 at Government Girls Inter College, in district Mainpuri.
C. By order or direction to the respondent No.3 as "Selection Board", direct his subordinate district Education Authority to issue his call letter."
The petitioner pursuant to advertisement no.01/2021 issued by respondent no.3 for Trained Graduate Teacher Examination- 2021, had applied for selection for the post of Social Science Subject. The petitioner had appeared in the written examination conducted by the Board on 08.08.2021 and the petitioner was given Booklet Series 'C' bearing Question Booklet No.4149655.
The petitioner did not blacken the Roll Number in OMR Answer Sheet due to which his copy has not been evaluated.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was inadvertent mistake and therefore, his copy may be evaluated.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the controversy is covered by the judgement of this Court in Writ-A No.445 of 2020 (Sukhvir Singh Vs. State of U.P. and another).
After considering the aforesaid submission, it is evident that the petitioner has failed to blacken the Roll Number in OMR Answer Sheet. The controversy is concluded by this Court in Sukhvir Singh (supra), therefore, this Court does not find any merit in this matter and thus, the same is dismissed accordingly.
