After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would be satisfied in case, the instant petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to move an expedite application in the pending proceedings U/s 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
