Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the interim order dated 15.04.2019 passed in Second Appeal No.482 of 2019.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present contempt application with liberty to file appropriate application as provided under Order XXXIX Rules 2-A of Code of Civil Procedure in pending Second Appeal.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
