1. Heard learned counsel for parties.
2. Pursuant to Court's order dated 19.4.2019, Smt. Renuka Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue Department and Sri Rajneesh Gupta, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Board of Revenue, U.P. are present and have also filed affidavits of compliance stating that Committee as required by aforesaid order, has been constituted.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner did not dispute that at present, this petition has been rendered infructuous.
4. Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
5. However, we have hope that officers of the Government must make all efforts and endeavour to act in a manner so that Court's proceedings are not hampered.
