JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Deep Narayan Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notice on behalf of opposite party No.1 has been accepted by the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel, while notices on behalf of opposite party Nos.2 to 4 have been accepted by Sri Satyanshu Ojha, Advocate.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 09.01.2019 passed by the opposite party No.3 i.e. the Director of Administration & Monitoring contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
(II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to permit the petitioner to discharge his duty on Class-III post as he is working since his engagement i.e. 01.01.1995."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 09.01.2019 has been passed in a seer and unwarranted manner just to harass the petitioner as there is no cogent reasons to this effect, resultant thereof, the petitioner has been suffering a lot.
List his petition on 12.02.2019 as fresh within top ten cases to enable Sri Satyanshu Ojha, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.2 to 4 to seek complete instructions in the matter.
