JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Aditya Nath Mittal,J.
We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings of the writ petition.
A proceeding under section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act is already pending against the respondent no.5-Pradhan.
Since the proceeding is pending under the statutory provision, there appears to be no reason to interfere with the present controversy.
However, we direct the respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Unnao to conclude the pending proceedings in accordance with law expeditiously say within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. However, it is clarified that we have not entered into the merits of the case.
Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
