Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel has placed on the record instructions, which for the purposes of identification are marked as "X".
From those instructions, it is pointed out that taking note of the objection which was raised by the petitioner to his posting as Deputy Director (Panchayat) and which was also noticed by the Court in its order dated 02 August 2021, he has been retained in the Directorate of Panchayat Raj. It is stated that his amended posting shall not result in any loss of status.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives on this petition which shall stand disposed of.
