JUDGMENT / ORDER

Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved application on 25.8.2006 for grant of fire arm licence. Petitioner submits that till date no endeavour has been taken by the authority concerned to decide the same.
Consequently, District Magistrate of the concerned district, in case till date has not taken any decision, is directed to see and ensure that final decision is taken in accordance with law, preferably within period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Whatever decision is taken, same be communicated to the petitioner.
With these observation, writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 6.1.2010 T.S.
