The instant petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the list of award dated 26.02.2018 as also for a direction commanding the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioners.
The averments made in the writ petition indicate that some land of the petitioners was acquired in the year 2003 and compensation was disbursed to the petitioners. Thereafter, it appears, in 2018 extension of the road was made. In that connection a separate award for compensation was passed. The grievance of the petitioner is that in the second list of beneficiaries under the award the name of the petitioners does not find mention.
It has not been specifically stated in the writ petition that by notification in the year 2018 or earlier, after the year 2003, the land of the petitioner was acquired. Neither the earlier notification of the year 2003 is on record nor the notification of the year 2018 is on record. Even complete copy of the award is not on record.
Under the circumstances, the writ petition lacks in material particulars and therefore cannot be entertained and is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with proper pleading and proper prayer, after enclosing all the relevant documents.
