Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandra Prakash Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
From a perusal of the array of parties, it is evident that none of these authorities are within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The communication with respect to the appointment of the petitioner has also not been issued by the authority residing within the jurisdiction of this Court.
Although learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an order passed by this Court in Writ A No. 24470 of 2018, from a reading of the said order, it is evident that this issue was not canvassed there nor such an objection taken or decided.
Consequently the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction .
This order shall not preclude the petitioner from initiating appropriate proceedings before the competent Court.
