Heard Sri S.D.Singh Jadaun, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma,learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 28.11.2017, registered as case crime No.501 of 2017, under Sections 323, 506, 308 I..P.C., P.S. Rajapur, District Chitrakoot.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties, if any, is civil in nature and due to village party bandi the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is a case of no injury. To which, learned AGA submits that the medical examination report of the injured has not been annexed with the writ petition.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
