This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 14.12.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge Family Court Kanpur Dehat as well as entire proceedings of Misc. Case No.
106 of 2016, "Smt. Archana Gautam vs. Arvind @ Deep Chandra" under section 125(3) Cr.P.C., P.S.- Akbarpur, District- Kanpur Dehat.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not been able to point out any such illegality, impropriety or incorrectness, much less than any abuse of court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. The impugned order reflects judicial application of mind. The prayer for quashing the impugned proceeding cannot be accepted.
The application lacks merits and stands dismissed.
