The petitioner herein seeks for quashing of the First Information Report dated 03.02.2021 registered as Case Crime No.2 of 2021 under Sections 302, 394 I.P.C P.S-Fatehganj District-Banda.
Looking to the seriousness of the allegations in the First Information Report, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner being not a named accused is unnecessarily being harassed by the police cannot be entertained, in as much as, any interference at this stage may impede the speedy investigation.
