Today, learned advocate for the OL has submitted that in pursuance of the Company Application No.74 of 2013, the applicant has made available one bidder who is interested to purchase the property in question and has offered Rs. 2.50 Crores for the said property and has also deposited Rs.25 Lacs as EMD with the OL.

In view of the said submission and at the request of learned advocate for OL, hearing is adjourned so that the OL can inform the bidder (who has submitted his offer in response to OL's advertisement inviting bids) about the second bidder and to inquire on which date the inter-se bidding can be arranged.
