Order:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.3 has not been considering the petitioner’s representation for protecting the tank viz., Jeelapaturi Tank situated in Jeelapaturi Village from the encroachers and also the persons, who have been unauthorisedly drawing water from it. In my considered opinion, respondent No.2 being the District Collector is the appropriate authority to redress the grievance of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to make a detailed representation to respondent No.2. Within two months of such representation being made by the petitioner, respondent No.2 shall cause an enquiry to be made and take all such measures, which are necessary for protection of the tank referred to above.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, WPMP.No.39082 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
