Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed alleging police harassment.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that a complaint was filed against the petitioner, which was directed to be investigated by the Magistrate and in connection with the same, the petitioner was called to the Police Station. He also submits that by long lapse of time, the said proceedings are already over and there is no harassment as alleged by the W.P.(C ) No. 22765 of 2013 - U 2 petitioner.
In view of the above statement of the learned Government Pleader,this Writ Petition is closed.
