Pleader (P) for R1 O R D E R When the writ petition is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the students were permitted to write the 10th SSLC Board Examination for the academic year 2015-2016 pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 15.02.2016. The results of the said examination also would have been published by now. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the contempt notice issued by the writ petitioners to the 1st respondent has been withdrawn.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous as nothing survives. No costs. Connected W.M.Ps are closed.
