Learned Senior advocate Mr.A.D.Shah appearing for applicant urged that in M.Case NO. 3 of 2011 accused-respondent was enlarged on anticipatory bail where the bail bonds had already been executed and in I.C.R.No. 58/2011 complaint registered with 'A' Division Police Station, Bhavnagar, accused-respondent are enlarged on regular bail.
Resultantly, this application preferred, challenging the order of grant of anticipatory bail to the accused in Criminal Misc. Application No. 639 of 2011 and Criminal Misc. Application No. 630 of 2011 has become infructuous.
This petition in the above circumstances stands disposed of as not pressed.
