Arunaben vs State

In view of the communication dated 04.05.2005, the amount in question has already been paid. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive now. In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged. Interim relief if any, stands vacated. It is however, observed that if the petitioner has any grievance in spite of the communication dated 04.05.2005, it will be open for the petitioner to revive this petition.

Registry is directed to send copy of this order to the petitioner forthwith.
