(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Appeal is admitted. Learned advocate Ms.Yajnik waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.4, United Insurance Co. Ltd. and learned advocate Mr.Sood waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.2, National Insurance Co. Ltd. Since the Insurance Companies are liable to satisfy the award and since the accident took place way back in the year 1999 and since the appeal is pressed on a limited ground, it is not necessary to hear rest of the respondents.
Appeal shall be placed for hearing on 3rd May 2012. Learned advocate for the appellants shall supply copies of the relevant document on record in the form of paper book before the date of hearing.
