Heard Sri Indra Bhahadur Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Present application has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the Additional Family Judge, court No. 3, Ghaziabad to consider and conclude the Case No. 578/2017 (Aruna & another Vs. Sachin Kumar Malik), under section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad pending before the Additional Family Judge, Court No. 3, Ghaziabad, expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending which is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional Family Judge, court No. 3, Ghaziabad to consider and conclude the Case No. 578/2017 (Aruna & another Vs. Sachin Kumar Malik), under section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad pending before the Additional Family Judge, Court No. 3, Ghaziabad, most expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
