JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellants that the Suit in O.S.No.177 of 2015 has been disposed of on 10.02.2017. Hence, the prayer in the petitions have become infructuous. The learned counsel for the appellants has also made endorsement on the petitions.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellants, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
