JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA AT BENGALURU DATED THIS THE 27TH DAY OF MARCH 2019 BEFORE THE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE S. N. SATYANARAYANA WRIT PETITION NO.1143 OF 2019 (KLR-LG) BETWEEN:
SMT. ARUNA KUMARI W/O. BALARAMARAJU C., AGED ABOUT 50 YEARS, R/O. SUBRAYANAPETE, CHICKABALLAPURA-562 101.
(BY SRI. KALEEMULLAH SHARIFF, ADV.) AND 1. THE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER CHICKABALLAPURA DISTRICT, CHICKABALLAPURA -562 101.
2. THE TAHSILDAR CHICKABALLAPURA TALUK, CHICKABALLAPURA DISTRICT-562 101.
(BY SRI. VENKATESH DODDERI, AGA) ... PETITIONER ... RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO CALL FOR THE RECORDS; DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATIONS OF THE PETITIONER DATED 02.05.2016 PRODUCED AT ANNEXURE-A AND REPRESENTATION, DATED 03.10.2017 AND 20.11.2018, PRODUCED AT ANNEXURES-B AND C RESPECTIVELY.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. He is permitted to file memo of appearance within two weeks.
2. The petitioner herein is seeking direction to the authorities to consider her representations dated 02.06.2016, 03.10.2017 and 28.11.2018 vide Annexures – A, B and C.
3. A plain reading of the representations would indicate that the petitioner is a resident of Chickaballapura Town. She would state that she is interested in taking up agricultural activity. Hence she has given representations in identifying government lands available for grant to take up agricultural activity. Such kind of representations cannot be considered inasmuch as the petitioner herself is not certain as to where she is seeking grant of land and it is not even her case that she is already in cultivation of any portion of government land which she could seek regularization, provided the representations filed by her meets the required parameters.
4. In the aforesaid circumstances, this Court finds that granting any such direction as sought in this petition does not arise for consideration.
5. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
