JUDGMENT / ORDER

Application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. The accused in C.C No.704 of 2013 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Nedumangadu has come up for getting Annexure-I final report and further proceedings based on it, quashed.
3. The case before the court below is relating to the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 294(b), 324 and 354 of the Indian Penal code.
4. It seems that the parties have come to terms and the matter has been settled amicably. All other offences except the offence under Section 294(b) are compoundable. The de facto complainant has also entered appearance, and an affidavit has been filed by stating that the matter has been amicably settled and presently she has no complaints in the matter as against the petitioner herein.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Crl.M.C.No.6331 of 2014 2 the learned counsel for the de facto complainant and the learned Public Prosecutor, I am of the view that it is a fit case wherein Annexure-I final report and C.C No.704 of 2013 based on it pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Nedumangadu can be quashed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and Annexure-I final report and C.C No.704 of 2013 based on it pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Nedumangadu are quashed.
