This petition has been wrongly preferred before this Court since the jurisdiction would lie before the appropriate Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. It is accordingly dismissed with liberty to petitioners, if so chosen and advised to initiate appropriate proceedings before the concerned Tribunal.
