Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Akhilesh Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition to file reply of show cause notice dated 29.6.2019 before respondent no. 3 and further stated that if any adverse order has been passed, he may be given liberty to challenge the same.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
