JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that by virtue of order dated 30.7.2008, Annexure-1, the Co-operative Societies were given powers to allow re-employment till the age of 60 years. Vide resolution, Annexure-4, the petitioner has been allowed re-employment till 31.7.2014. Respondent no.4, however, has passed an order, adverse to the decision order, Annexure-5.
Sri Rahul Shukla, learned Standing Counsel would be representing respondent no.3.
Sri R.S. Pandey, Advocate has put in appearance for respondent nos.1, 2 and 4.
List on 10.9.2012. In the meantime, the pleadings would be completed.
Till the next date of hearing, status quo would be maintained.
