The petitioner herein is the 1st accused in Crime No. 901/2014 of the Sasthamcotta Police Station. He was granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Kollam under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on 16.06.2014 as per the order in Crl.M.P. No. 1651/2014 on some conditions. One of the conditions is that the accused shall report before the investigating officer on every Tuesday between 10 a.m. and 12 noon until further orders, or till the final report is filed, whichever event occurred first. The petitioner is aggrieved by this condition, and he seeks orders setting aside this condition. 2. On hearing both sides, and on perusal of the bail order, I find that the petitioner can very well approach the Court of Session itself at a later stage. The condition can be lifted by the Sessions Court itself, when substantial part of investigation is over.
With the above observation, this Crl.M.C. is closed.
