Sri Rajesh Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the State has informed the Court on the basis of instructions received that petitioner no. 1, who is the corpus in the present case, has been arrested in pursuance of three FIRs' in one of which he has specifically named i.e. FIR dated 22.11.2018. He has produced the copies of all the three FIRs' in the Court, and the same are taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid fact, nothing further remains in the preset habeas corpus writ petition to be adjudicated. Hence, the present habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek such remedies, as may be available to him.
