Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Learned Government Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of O.P. No.1, 2 and 3. Issue notice to O.P. No.4 and 5 returnable at an early date. Four weeks time is allowed to file counter affidavit and two weeks time is allowed to file rejoinder affidavit.
List thereafter.
