In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of and this Court has no doubt that the respondent nos. 2 and 3 with decide the representations of the petitioners dated 08.06.2016 and 09.12.2017 at the earliest without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
