Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This public interest litigation has been filed alleging encroachment over Gaon Sabha land. The remedy lies in approaching the concerned authority under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2016 read with rules framed thereunder.
In the event, any person aggrieved or otherwise suo motu action is required to be taken it will be open to the authorities to entertain any such plea and proceeded in accordance with law.
