It appears that vide earlier order dated 22.06.2018 the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, it was directed that the petitioner will deposit 20,000/- within two weeks from the said date vide order dated 22.06.2018.
We have also perused the report of the Deputy Registrar, Allahabad High Court Mediation Centre which shows that the amount required to be deposited has yet not been deposited.
In view of the aforesaid, no indulgence can be given.
Accordingly, the writ petition is being dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
