Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.S. Bundela, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for promotion on the post of Block Development Officer in light of the relevant statutory rules shall be duly evaluated by the said respondent and disposed of with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in view of the statement made and noted.
