The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application filed by the petitioner under Order 39 Rule 2A C.P.C within specified time frame.
The application in question has been filed by the petitioner for alleged violation of the order of temporary injunction passed in Original Suit no.1539 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the application is still pending.
The petition is disposed of by providing that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the application expeditiously.
